HOW TO REGISTER:

Camp registration forms must be fully completed prior to registration.

Forms may be picked up at the Corning Family YMCA courtesy desk,
or are available to print from the link above.

1.  Complete the registration form completely.  Incomplete forms will
not be accepted.

2.  All participants must be Full Facility Corning YMCA Members or
Program Members.

3. Mail, or bring in Registration Form along with the Program
Membership Fee (if applicable).  Phone in registrations will not be
accepted.  A $30.00 per session non-refundable deposit is required.
The balance is due by 5:00 pm the Friday prior to the camp.

4. Financial assistance available for all programs.  Please pick up the
Financial Assistance Application at the Front Desk.  Apply TODAY!

5. Families with two or more children attending the same camp/same
week will receive a 10% reduction off the additional children registered.
(Does not apply to Day Camp CIT’s, British Soccer Camps or Super
Sports Week Camps.)

6. Participants should bring a lunch, drink, snack, and swim suit &
towel daily, where indicated.
