MEMBERSHIP AND PROGRAM ASSISTANCE POLICY
YMCA membership fees, “Good Kids” donations and United Way gifts help fund membership dues and programs for
those in need. No person is denied membership because of a genuine inability to pay. Those needing financial
assistance should pick up a Scholarship Application at the YMCA. Once the application is completed and all
required documentation attached, drop it off at the YMCA Courtesy Desk for processing.

As a YMCA member, you have access to other YMCAs across the country through the YMCA A.W.A.Y.
program—(Always Welcome at the YMCA.) When you travel and want to work out or use the services at a
YMCA in another city, you may do so by showing the A.W.A.Y. logo that is on the back of your membership card.
